Experience

The World Federation of Science Journalists wanted to use an innovative approach to train African professionals in the journalistic process. CREO produced a role-playing game making learners proactive by having them become scientific reporters called to discuss the public health issue “HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis”. Using quiz questions and role-playing, the game confronts users with their journalistic ethics. The game is integrated into the Health Tool Box platform that provides African journalists with resources on various public-health-related subjects.
