Experience

In this interactive immersive experience for the Cartier-Roberval Archaeological Site, Where Two Worlds Meet exhibit, presented by Aliments Québec in partnership with the Commission de la capitale nationale du Québec, visitors explore the history of the "Fort d'en haut.” The fort is situated on the first French colony in North America, founded by Jean-François de La Rocque de Roberval and Jacques Cartier between 1541 and 1543. Four different episodes show the arrival of the settlers, the fort’s construction, and the point of view of the Indigenous Peoples of the Stadaconé region. Visitors can interact with the content by placing objections onto the projection to move the narration forward.
