Experience

The mission of the Fédération des Villages-relais du Québec is to provide services adapted to the needs of road users by offering pleasant and safe places to stop and rest in the various regions of Québec. In an effort to improve their services, the federation mandated CREO to offer a customized online course for people who interact with visitors to these towns. The simple, fun, and stimulating course takes the form of a game in which participants play the role of an employee in a shop. As players move through five levels covering various topics, they engage in dialogue with customers and make decisions on how to act that impact customer satisfaction and trust.
